At-home medication delivery is available for eligible patients prescribed Zepbound, Foundayo, or Wegovy through our Medical Weight Loss Program.
1.) Meet with One of Our Providers
Walk in during regular business hours or choose a telemedicine visit.
2.) Receive Your Prescription
We will send your prescription directly to LillyDirect or NovoCare, depending on the medication selected.
3.) Complete Your Order
You'll receive a secure text or email from LillyDirect or NovoCare with instructions to complete your order and schedule delivery.
4.) Delivered to Your Door
Your medication and supplies are shipped directly to your home.
Foundayo (orforglipron) is an oral prescription medication used to help adults lose weight when combined with healthy eating and regular physical activity.
Unlike injectable GLP-1 medications, Foundayo is a GLP-1 taken once daily as a tablet, making it a convenient option for patients who prefer not to use weekly injections. Foundayo can be taken anytime of day, with or without food.

Wegovy (semaglutide) is a once-daily GLP-1 tablet that helps regulate appetite, making it easier to eat smaller portions and support long-term weight loss. Wegovy must be taken daily first thing in the morning. Take it with no more than 4 oz of water and wait at least 30 mins before eating, drinking, or taking any other medications.
Wegovy works by mimicking a natural hormone in your body that helps control hunger, slows stomach emptying, and increases feeling of fullness after eating.

Zepbound (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved prescription medication used to help adults lose weight when combined with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
Zepbound is administered as a once-weekly injection and works by activating two naturally occuring hormones (GIP and GLP-1) that help regulate appetite and blood sugar. It helps reduce hunger, increase feelings of fullness, and support weight loss by helping you eat less.
