How Our at Home Weigh loss Program Works!

Our medically supervised weightloss program is designed to be simple, convenient, and personalized to your needs.

Meet with one of our medical providers for a personalized weight loss consultation, either in-office or via telemedicine.
Your Provider will send your prescription to Lilly Direct.
You'll receive a text message from Lilly Direct with simple steps to complete payment and schedule delivery.
All medication and supplies will be shipped straight to your home.

Office & Telemed Visit - $125 per month

(this is mandatory to receive your prescription and is a separate charge from your medication)

Zepbound 2.5mg - $299 monthly (Bi-weekly B-12 available for free in office)

Zepbound 5mg - $399 monthly (Bi-weekly B-12 available for free in office)

What is Mounjaro?

Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) is a weekly injectable GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist medication FDA approved for Chronic Weight Management (2023) and for Type 2 Diabetes (2022).
